Big flavors do not have to be synonymous with one-and- done beers. We love dessert just as much as we love dark beer and we think that enjoying more than one of either should never be a problem. In this medium-bodied Porter we use a combination of specialty malts and caramel to capture rich flavors like chocolate, caramel and vanilla alongside a Porter yeast which brings a clean, dry finish. Pair this Porter with dishes such as chocolate mole or caramel flan.
