Located within an intimate space found in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, Moody Tongue Sushi presents an exclusive 15 course omakase experience highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben.
Guests will enjoy an evolving menu highlighting pairings such as Hokkaido Sea Scallop, served with edamame and ossetra caviar, with a Pressed Asian Pear Saison; Madai, served with Florida orange zest and sea salt, with an Orange Blossom Belgian Blonde; and a decadent Florida Stone Crab Hand Roll, adorned with green apple and sauce dijonnaise, beautifully paired with a Cherry Oud Bruin. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.

The 15 course omakase menu is currently $145 per guest and the curated beer pairing is $75 per guest.
